Instead of only creating a new email, there should be an option to reply to an email as well. This would take the whole context of previous emails and reply to an email chain, as opposed to creating a new email chain.

Great point — replying within an email thread vs. starting a brand new chain is a meaningful difference, especially for automation workflows that need to maintain conversation context. We've been steadily building out our email automation capabilities: in v5.152 we launched the email trigger for automations, v5.153 added attachment support, and v5.154 introduced the email hook integration.
A "Reply to Email" action that threads properly and carries the full conversation context is a natural next step, and this feedback helps make the case for prioritizing it. The ability to keep an AI agent responding inside an ongoing email thread would be really powerful for support and outreach workflows.
