This is exactly the direction Taskade is heading — the idea of controlling apps and workflows through plain conversational language, rather than rigid form-based inputs or menu navigation, is central to what we call Living Software.
With Taskade Genesis, you can already communicate with AI agents in natural language to create tasks, run workflows, search your workspace, and coordinate with other apps: https://taskade.com/create. Agents understand intent and can cooperate across tools — the Concierge-style experience you linked to is a great reference point.
We've also been expanding our NLP capabilities (v5.200 improved natural language processing) and the new MCP Connectors framework (v6.105) is building the plumbing for agents to talk to third-party applications directly.
If you haven't explored Genesis agents yet, I'd really encourage it — a lot of what you're describing is already possible today. Check out some community automation templates here too: https://taskade.com/community
Thanks for sharing the inspiration link — that's a clean product!
