Allow uses to choose the model (LLM) to be used by an automation, and then show it

Right now, automation steps that use AI don't even mention which model is being used. Would be great not only to see the model but also to change it, should we need a specific model that is best for that specific task.
Right now, I'm guessing that it uses the "Auto" mode, choosing a model based on the task. If so, the UI should mention it. Also, any task that is touched by automations should mention the exact model that was used. This increases transparency and our trust that the content was created by a model that is good for that task.

and that you
- want to change which model it uses
- want an indication on what model it's using
Ask Agent actions use the AI model that the Agent is using (you can edit the agent accordingly to change which model it is using)
