Request: Automation from Video to Social Media posts (i.e Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.) to Blogposts, Newsletter etc.

I have an idea for automation that I think could help a lot of people. Let’s say I have a YouTube channel. I could create YouTube videos, add my brand voice, and then easily turn those videos into blog posts that automatically get published to WordPress. From there, I could use the same content to make posts for my social media—Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and so on. This kind of automation would be super useful for business owners who want to streamline things like promoting webinars, live events, or other content across their social media platforms.
And YouTube is just one example. There’s so much more that could be done for other types of businesses, like:
E-commerce Stores: Automatically turning product demo videos into blog posts or social media content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
Coaches or Consultants: Repurposing webinars or online courses into blog posts or podcasts, then sharing key points on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
Restaurants or Cafés: Creating short videos of recipes or behind-the-scenes content, then turning those into blog posts and social media posts to attract customers.
Fitness Instructors: Turning workout videos into blog posts with tips and tricks, while posting highlights on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Real Estate Agents: Converting property tour videos into blog posts or email campaigns, and sharing engaging posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and even TikTok to attract potential buyers.

This is a fantastic content repurposing workflow idea — YouTube video to blog post to newsletter to social posts is exactly the kind of end-to-end automation that can save creators hours every week.
The great news: Taskade Genesis (https://taskade.com/create) is built for exactly this kind of multi-step content pipeline. You can build an AI agent that processes a YouTube link (we support YouTube transcription in conversations since v6.29.0), generates a blog draft, and then produces social-ready variations — all in one automated workflow. Combined with our WordPress integration and the Automation platform, pieces of this are already connectable today.
Full end-to-end auto-publishing to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn in one click is still on the roadmap, but the Genesis agent framework gives you a powerful starting point to wire this together now. Check out https://taskade.com/community for content creator workflow templates that might get you 80% of the way there!

I think we're missing the social media connections here. The issue is the UI. How do you handle platforms that require videos and images for posts? How would Taskade manage that portion? For text-specific platforms, it's much easier because it's 1-1 as far as text goes.
The difficulty is supporting these features through our UI. What are your thoughts?

Narek Zograbian Thanks for the reply! I totally get what you’re saying about the challenge with platforms that need videos and images. That’s definitely a tricky part.
What if Taskade could integrate with something like Canva or a stock image library? That way, it could automatically pull in media for posts, and users could just tweak or approve it. Or maybe Taskade could prompt users to upload images or videos when setting up the automation for platforms like Instagram or TikTok.
Another idea could be to have Taskade create drafts for those posts, where users can add the media themselves before publishing. That way, the bulk of the process is still automated, but it leaves room for the media part.
Do you think something like this could work?

tuberanicael It might be doable if we have the option to reference the data attached to the post.
It would probably be easier in Table View. You'll have a bunch of captions/posts and any attachments will be referenced when the due date is triggered.
That might be a workaround, but it would be a complicated feature for sure.

Narek Zograbian Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
I really like the idea of using Table View to manage the captions and attachments. It sounds like a solid way to keep everything organized. I understand that implementing this might be complex, but I’m excited about the potential it has.
If it helps, I can create a framework outlining the automation concept, including how this could work. Let me know what you think!

tuberanicael The more specifics you provide the better. So, I'll take you up on that framework outline!
