Desktop app crashes all the time

After either doing certain things or nothing at all, I can no longer see the cursor, cant click things, cant really do anything. Also adding custom fields to tables crashes taskade where everything is pretty much frozen. Constantly have to refresh the window.

Our team has been actively working through stability issues in the desktop app, including crashes tied to table interactions and custom fields (we shipped several custom field fixes in v6.93.0 and v6.95.0 in late January). refreshing the window doesn't work for me
neither does closing the window and opening a new one
I need to kill the Taskade process completely and start it back up to make it responsive again

jiawei.kek yes, exactly, desktop app. I don't think I've ever noticed it in web app. And I use both.
