Thanks for raising this — a 403 error on "Send Email" is frustrating, especially when you're not sure what's causing it.
A 403 typically means a permission or authorization issue rather than a configuration error on your end. A few things worth checking: (1) make sure the email address used for the automation is verified in your account settings, (2) confirm the automation has the right permissions for the workspace, and (3) check that your plan includes email trigger/action support.
We shipped improvements to email triggers and Gmail integration in v6.95.0, including better formatting support and more reliable delivery.
