Sync issue Android - Windows

I've created new folder on the Android app, but it does not appear in the Windows app. Folder is visible in the Web app.

Thanks for reporting this — a folder appearing on web but not syncing to the Windows app while it shows on Android is a clear cross-platform sync inconsistency, and we take these seriously.
We've invested heavily in sync infrastructure over the past year. In v6.21.0, we shipped foundational real-time workspace infrastructure improvements aimed at instant sync across all devices. And in v6.46.0 (October 2025), the Taskade mobile app was completely rebuilt for a faster, more native experience on iOS and Android with improved reliability.
If you're still hitting this on the latest versions of both apps, we'd really appreciate a bug report to our support team with specifics — OS versions, app versions, and whether the folder eventually appears after a manual refresh. That helps us isolate whether it's a caching issue, a platform-specific sync gap, or something else. Check https://taskade.com/changelog to make sure you're on the most current builds. To clarify, have you tried refreshing your app to see if it helps display the folders? Please note that clicking on the X icon of the window only hides the app and doesn't close it from running in the background. You can also refresh the app by using Ctrl/Windows + R when the Taskade app is selected.
