Unable to find name in the assign field

My team member was not able to find his email id or name in the assign field of a task.
Presently my project is having > than 60 members. Is it because of highh members in a project, new resources were facing the above issue.
Even as an admin, I'm not able to find the resource name in the assign field.
Aso how to delete members from a project?

Hi there,
Are the filter results when assigning a user not showing the correct results?
To remove a user you can head to the same screen you used to share the project, click on the drop down and then Remove

Yes, If there are many members in a project, then I was not able to find newly added members in the assign field. Even if i filter by their name or email id, i wasnt able to find them.
Once I deleted the members and the members count has reduced, i was able to find them.
so I can say that this issues happening if there are many members in a project
