100% Offline Version

Heyo, iam a "one-man-army" right now. I don't like clouds i can't control, that is why i mostly work only with programs on my pc. Is there a possible full offline Version of your programm? I don't need no chat, i would like to connect this "workspace" to my offline calendar on my pc.
I would like to share the project data, as a file to my laptop, not via cloud.
Maybe this would be something for you guys aswell. Offering a 100% full version, fully connected to offline services. No need to log in, no chat supported. But a file i can copy and safe somewhere else.
I would pay for it. thx alot

Totally understand this — data sovereignty and working without depending on someone else's cloud is a legitimate and growing concern, especially for solo operators who want full control.
We do have a rebuilt desktop app (v6.22 — faster and smoother on Mac, Windows, and Linux), but to be direct with you: it's not fully offline. Taskade is fundamentally a real-time collaborative platform, and a full offline-first architecture is a substantial re-engineering effort.
This is under review and we're exploring what offline-capable features (local caching, offline editing with sync-on-reconnect) we could ship without fragmenting the experience. We won't overpromise a timeline here. In the meantime, our desktop app at https://taskade.com/downloads gives you the closest to a local-feeling experience. Appreciate your honesty and your vote — it genuinely moves this up the priority list.

Can we please get an offline mode, at least for the desktop version? I know I'm not the first one to request it, but I would like to add my voice to the crowd.
Thank you for considering!

to use this at any situation seamlessly, offfline, import, notifications option needed and in page more customization option for avoid unwanteds needed and digital progress checking as time tracker, promodaro, music, task reward, insight chart, sheets like excel, conectivity to multiple app needed but for me most of this in click up so i changed desktop app to that

john, Narek Zograbian: Airgapped env requests will increase as you scale, and it's a dealbreaker for any Enterprise that's got HSZ/Gov't stuffs - it's non-negotiable - no airgap, no $$$. ❤️
Narek Zograbian
supermario_ai Yeah this feature is a lot more complex—especially since we're real-time collaboration too.

Create offline version of desktop app, instead of current render of web browser

I’d like an offline mode. There are cases where I go somewhere that doesn’t have signal (like the back of my grocery store) and not being able to access my grocery list that I make on Taskade really sucks

I'm up for fully offline version!
Here are my suggestions for this:
The system takes note (Time/Date) of the last time a user accessed the project online. Then any changes would be committed when that user goes online. If there is a conflict, for example User1 edits the project offline, and User2 edits the project online, and User3 also makes an offline edit, then multiple versions of the project would exist in the "Version History" with the latest online revision being the one that will be shown.
If there are no conflicts, then all data will be merged.
