Adding forms, surveys and videos to shared AI chatbots

It would be nice to have the ability to add items to shared AI chatbots such as:
- Forms
Feature - A form that shows up when they first access the chatbot requesting their name, email, phone number, etc... before they are allowed to use the chatbot. Main use case is simply to capture contact information. Ability to add up to 4 lines or so
Customization - I'd like the ability to customize what information to include on that form, set fields to
required
or optional
Purpose - lead generation, data gathering
- Surveys or Polls
- Videos
Feature - when users first visit the shared AI chatbot a video will be shown, they can choose to watch it or skip it
Purpose - by adding a video that we want the user to see, we have the ability to set the tone, tell a story, provide context, or provide instructions, etc...
