A typical use case is like a conversational form:
Right now, publicly shared AI Agents don't expose tooling. However, if it was possible to create a public version of an Agent tool, it unlocks certain use cases. For Example:
  1. Guest interacts with the AI Agent
  2. AI Agent detects that the information provided may need to be converted into a request (Book a meeting for a sales call, file a ticket for a bug, fill in information for a follow-up, etc.)
  3. AI Agent prompts the user for more data
  4. User fills out the information
  5. Information is added to whatever system or integration the AI Agent is meant for.
The closest thing I can think of is GPT Actions.
