AI Calendar Integration.
Is there any way to describe a timeline of events and have it automatically added/adjusted to the calendar?
I have an email detailing a string of events and their timing and wanted it to paste it in a paragraph and have the AI Assistant automatically schedule the events and make notes of potential clashes with existing events for me.

This is one of my favorite requests in this batch — pasting in a block of text from an email and having AI parse out all the events, schedule them, and flag conflicts would be genuinely transformative for planning. You're describing exactly the kind of AI-native calendar experience we want to build.
Here's where we are: Taskade supports smart natural language date input (v4.13.0), Google Calendar sync (v5.114.0), and as of v6.31.0 your AI assistant can directly modify task due dates and scheduling from a conversation. The AI agent in Project Chat (v6.106.0) is now powerful enough to parse event descriptions and create/update tasks with dates. It's not yet a one-click calendar import from an email block, but it's getting close — you can paste your email into the AI chat and ask it to schedule everything for you.

Kindly add the AI to have an option for both manual (it drafts and allows us to check and approve before it send out and automatic booking confirmation emails? It would be great to include options to accept, postpone, or cancel. Also, let’s make sure to include a friendly briefing on who will be attending and what topics will be covered in the meeting or event! Thank you!

Any update on this feature? I use Motion & Notion everyday and would love to replace those two with this but need that auto AI syncing calener or NOTHING works like that to stay ontop of yo @ss lol

AUTOMATIC CALENDAR (Due Tasks/Time Block) MANAGEMENT
PROBLEMS:
- 100% of projects has their tasks rescheduled for infinite reasons. At the end of the day, the calendar is one of the most used tools checked and followed to execute all steps/tasks previously/extensively planned.
- Manually editing their start/due date when we ALL know these dates are already outdated is one of the most recurring pain in the... life of everybody.
SUGGESTION:
- The calendar is there with the available timeslots, the AI is smart enough to reorganize it, so why not make it work?
- Automatically and effectivelly plan our day, rescheduling tasks thate were NOT marked complete on their due date. The solution is alredy out there. Just clone it to Taskade:

Hi, I stumbled over the automatic task and calendar organizer called Motion. It's like an automatic assistant that re-schedules your planned events if something more prioritized comes up. For example if I have planned to have lunch from kl. 12-13 but an important meeting that must be done kl. 12-13; Motion reschedules my lunch to maybe kl. 13:30-14:30 automatically and notifies me.
Another thing is that; if I have a project with tasks that needs to be done really soon (needs prioritization) Motion puts those tasks first in my calendar automatically. That is really time and energy efficient because you don't need to find the most urgent tasks in all your projects, plan them in to your calendar etc. It would be awesome if Taskade adopt this.

For me this feature is strictly necessary to be able to use this app at all.
I just tried asking it to set dates and it gave recommendations in September (it is currently October)
I want to use this to manage my process for creating and publishing videos but without some sort of smart scheduling capability it doesn’t add anything, and it actually complicates it my by adding a ton of unnecessary tasks every time I want to create a new project (video)

I wonder if Taskade is familiar with Reclaim.ai.
It would be fantastic if Taskade could build an AI tool like this instead of only implementing GPT-4.

If Taskade creates any AI-Assisted calendar feature, it should work along these lines.
Taskade should also implement the Task Inbox and Task Planner functionality as part of it too.
I'd highly recommend checking them out. I've started to use them more to supplement the features Taskade doesn't have.
