would be great to be able to do bidirectional linking of blocks/tasks between same project or other projects

I'd personally love to see full block embedding available instead of just a link. That way I could create projects that are essentially just "views" where I've embedded in various tasks and subtasks from different projects, and update them in either place.
ex: Creating a project (view) where I've embedded in all the task blocks that I can accomplish while at home. If I want to see everything I can accomplish at home regardless of its project, I can open that up and see them all expanded at once - no clicking through the links to the specific projects/blocks.

Xan Seagren: Thanks for the suggestion, note Backlinks are now live per https://www.taskade.com/blog/backlinks-team-folder-access/ but we will continue to improve the functionalities.

Backlinks are live when you @crosslink to another project, this is a step towards bidirectional links in the future, check it out and let us know what you think!

Yes this is very helpful feature

It seems like the key component is thinking of things in terms of projects and tasks rather than simply data with arbitrary linkages and hierarchy I may put in place, and I'm curious how it fits wit your roadmap since I'm interested in adopting Taskade more generally for my Knowledge Management system. https://www.taskade.com/feedback/feature-requests/p/cname-url-domain-subdomain-root

Adding on that I'd find backlinks incredibly useful also, especially in considering Taskade after using Notion for a while. I'm trying to link between different blocks and easily see every where else they've been mentioned. For example:
Several tasks across different projects mention our Mobile App, so I'd like to @Mobile App and after clicking through to that project, see all the places the Mobile App has been mentioned. Helps keep a pulse of where dependencies are as well as understanding new use cases as our knowledge documentation grows.
I'm also interested in using Taskade more broadly for my Knowledge Management solution but am unsure how that fits wit your roadmap as it seems like the primary construct is thinking of things in terms of projects and tasks instead of just data with arbitrary relationships and hierarchy I might put in place.

John at Taskade: I'd recommend looking at Obsidian for inspirations.

narek: Thanks, will do. We have just introduced an interim solution for the display of node text in the backlinks menu. Examples attached.

Hi kumar12thanks for the suggestion, do note you can already "@" to crosslink between different projects. You can also grab the BLOCK or TASK LINK via the 3 dots more menu next to each task.
For your request, what if as a start, we support "@" mention to have the option to link to a block directly first?

John at Taskade: yes .that will be the most welcome step first.
