To enhance collaboration and security, I suggest adding more detailed control over client permissions in Taskade. This would allow clients to add or upload content but restrict their ability to create, edit, move, or delete items unless explicitly permitted.
Key benefits of this feature include:
• Limiting how often clients can create, edit, move, or delete scheduled tasks within set timeframes.
• Controlling what clients can see, such as specific projects or cards.
• Managing client access to AI features with clear permission settings (e.g., enable, disable, BYOK, etc.).
This level of control would help teams maintain project integrity while still allowing clients to contribute effectively. Many Taskade users would find this feature very useful for flexible and secure collaboration.
