Give Custom Agents Access to Project Context
complete

Is it possible to initiate a chat with a document inside a project using a custom GPT agent. In the way that you can using TaskadeAI?
I don't want to give the agent 'permanent' knowledge, but instead refer to the contents of a project document when using a custom command.
So I might have a workspace with a project for each product on a store. Inside each project is a document with information specific to that product - specs, marketing angles, pain points, target audience, etc. Ideally I could use the same custom agent and commands across all products, by referring to the project document.

John at Taskade Super, thank you! Is it possible to add a project as a custom agent knowledge via public api ?
Narek Zograbian

in progress
This is in progress. Note when you chat with AI Agents in your Project Chat, it now has some basic awareness of the project as well.
We will make this available in AI Agent settings soon.

John at Taskade Cool I’m waiting for this feature as well. Also it would be great if it is possible to have a Custom AI Agent Project chat in mobile application. Now it is possible in web and desktop version only, and in mobile there is “Taskade AI” project chat only
Narek Zograbian
pavelpps: I believe this is live for Mobile as well.
pavelpps
Narek Zograbian I’ve tried to find my custom agents in project chat in iOS mobile app and there is still only 2 options: 1) chat with real people in the project 2) ask project, and this is your general ai agent, not custom one crafted by myself. In desktop and web version it is possible to select another ai agent, in iOS app there is only one common “ask project” ai agent.

pavelpps: I spoke to our team and we're working on passing that functionality to Mobile as well. Thank you for the feedback!

planned
Thanks for the suggestion, this is definitely planned in the near future. For now, note when you use AI Chat in each project, you are already chatting with your tasks and current project.

Hey there! Would you want this to be at the command level or would you want it enabled for the agent in general?

Narek Zograbian: Hey Narek, clarifying on behalf of the user, he refers to being able to Chat with a custom agent at a specific project level and allow it temporary access to the respective project's context.
An alternative I suggested which he agreed with is the custom agent to be selectable as one of the Persona's in the current Taskdea AI chat panel, giving it temporary access to the project's information
