Home folder to show all (permissible) projects in workspace

When I start on Home, I expect to see ALL my projects, including those in folders. That way I can quickly pick a recent project, see new projects (even if in folders), and the Roadmap view would show project due dates across folders.
Ideally, for my team/client users, they would only see the folders & projects they have permission to see.
