A native macOS Today/Notification Center and Desktop widget would be a great addition — quick-add and one-tap complete without needing to open the app is exactly the kind of low-friction capture that makes a huge difference in daily use.

For iOS and Android, we shipped home screen widgets in v5.105 — MyTasks widget and a quick-add widget that lets you capture ideas instantly without opening the app. These are live today on mobile.

A native macOS widget (Today/Notification Center) is a separate platform target and not yet available, but your request aligns with the direction we are heading as we expand native platform presence.
