Issue: The mobile widget used to allow quick-add tasks to be auto-formatted as checklist items within the targeted project. After the latest update, widget input is only added as plain paragraph, even when added to a checklist section.
Expected: Widget quick-add should respect project section formatting (e.g., default to checklist).

This is a really clear and well-documented regression report — the widget quick-add used to respect the checklist format of the target project section, and now it just inserts a plain paragraph, which breaks your workflow and forces manual reformatting every time. That's not how it should work. We shipped mobile quick-add improvements in v6.46.0, v6.47.0, and v6.83.0 including Calendar and Quick Add fixes, but it sounds like the format-inheritance behavior may not have been fully restored. We've flagged this specifically for our mobile team to verify that the widget respects the target section's block type. Could you confirm which device and app version you're on? We want to get this properly restored, not just patched. Thanks for the detailed impact description — it makes the bug much easier to act on.
