Part of this ships on iPhone (iOS 16 and later). Say "Hey Siri, add task in Taskade", tell Siri the task, and Taskade opens Quick Add with it. "Show today's tasks in Taskade" shows your tasks for today. You find both in the Shortcuts app too, so you can build your own shortcuts with them, as hendrrxx suggested.
A Siri command that creates a note with a title and body, and more commands, are still open. Votes help us prioritize.

Being able to say "Hey Siri, create a task in Taskade titled X" or "Add a note to project Y" is genuinely the kind of frictionless capture that makes a productivity tool part of your everyday life — especially when you're on the move.
Siri Shortcuts integration hasn't shipped yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. It's a meaningful integration that requires dedicated work on both our side and Apple's Shortcuts app framework. What has expanded significantly is Taskade's automation layer — our Automations and Zapier/Make integrations allow you to trigger Taskade actions from a wide range of inputs.
With Taskade Genesis (https://taskade.com/create), you can now also run AI agents that capture, categorize, and act on input — including voice-transcribed notes from other tools piped in via automation. It's not a direct Siri integration, but it can close the gap for many use cases.
Native Siri Shortcuts support is something we'd love to do and this post is a strong signal for it — thank you!

The single best modification I've made for myself to manage to keep track of off hand tasks / reminders has been using siri voice commands. I've got severe ADHD and ive found that if i pick up my phone to add a reminder, theres zero guarantee that i won't get distracted. If i could use siri to add tasks, it would be HUGELY helpful for myself & likely folks with other disabilities as well!

jack-s in terms of implimentation for taskades team, I would imagine the easiest way without a direct partnership would be to offer pre-made shortcut templates for apple shortcuts

Hi peterjreiner, the microphone you described now ships in the Taskade EVE chat, on the web and in the current mobile app. When the chat box is empty, the send button shows a mic (Voice Input). Tap it, speak, and Taskade turns your words into text. You can then ask EVE to add those tasks to a project. Voice input uses AI credits.

Workflow paradigm shift. Adding voice conversations with AI would allow a user to be interviewed about their project idea by an AI agent over multiple sessions. The chat history could be passed to an outliner, a note taker, the output of those could be passed further to an article writer or a YouTube script generator, image generator or multiple agents at once. Work would consist of having a conversation. You have everything in place already. Livekit kitt and realchar have good demos using webrtc for realtime chat.

It would be great if we could give voice commands to the AI Assistant to do things like:
• Set reminders
"Set reminder to call Mr._ at 10am"
• Change project due dates / times
"Update unfinished tasks to be due tomorrow"
• Add a new project based on a template, then formate it.
"Make a new "Today's Tasks" project, set the end time as 5pm, add a brief for my schedule"
Just a thought! 🤷♂️
It could be used for a lot of things and would make the phone app a powerful daily tool.
