Migration from Notion is one of our most-requested integration asks, and with 53 votes this one definitely stays on our radar. We completely understand the hesitation — moving years of content is a big commitment and the friction of doing it manually is a real barrier.
We haven't shipped a dedicated Notion-to-Taskade importer yet (a bug in Cloud Import options was fixed in v6.76.0, so the infrastructure is there). In the meantime, Notion's export to Markdown/CSV and Taskade's import capabilities can handle a lot of structured content, though it's not one-click seamless.
For new content going forward, Taskade Genesis (https://taskade.com/create) is worth exploring — you can build AI-powered apps and knowledge bases that replace a lot of what you'd use Notion pages for, with the advantage of AI agents that can actually act on your content.
A proper Notion importer that handles pages, databases, and nested structure cleanly is the goal. This thread helps us justify prioritizing it — thanks for the vote and the context!

dirson: Thank you for the feedback and suggestions! You can already import non-database Notion pages as Markdown files. Here's a Help Center article that will help you move your projects to Taskade:

I think having this option would be amazing for people switching over.
I recently got my friend to switch over and their entire marketing agency is considering moving over to Taskade. They predominantly use Asana and Notion.

Thanks for the request, how do you envision import from Notion work inside Taskade? Any details would be helpful.

John at Taskade: Tasks, subtasks, projs, etc made in notion to show in taskade and vice versa. I've copied my taskade url into notion which is good but a bi-directional data update between notion and taskade would be incredible (imo)

Mark Perry: Noted, we will explore this in the near future. Stay tuned!

John at Taskade: That's awesome, thanks John. Taskade's mindmap view's UI/UX is very user-friendly. So to work in there in a bi-directional (or at least unidirectional) manner with notion (in this instance) would be a huge time-saver
