Narek Zograbian great questions. Thinking of all advantages and disadvantages, this gets harder to answer when thinking of an implementation.

I often use /date. But that's usually to assign it a deadline. Ideally I would enter an additional /, something like /block and that would pop open or suggest a list of my different calendar Integrations. Once I select a calendar then I can enter a time to block out and maybe it simply is just emails and ICS file. Inside the ICS file maybe there would be links in the body to close or complete the task once it's completed. I can at this point move the calendar appointment around as needed and still be able to complete the task within the appointment.

I'm not sure of a really complex integration where you complete the task and then it deletes the Outlook appointment that's a possibility but I see where it can send us down a rabbit hole.
