Workflow for Alfred5
dishantpandya777
Hello Everyone!
I was looking for a workflow which can be used with Alfred4 App.
For example, Omnifocus3 has direct integration with Alfred4 and catching the tasks on-the-go etc.
Kindly refer the above link for the same.
I hope, if we get such a workflow for our Taskade app as well, it would be great!

Thanks for the Alfred integration request\! Alfred (and similar launchers like Raycast) are beloved by power users for quick capture, and an OmniFocus-style deep integration would be incredibly useful.
We don't have an official Alfred workflow today, but with our Public API (launched in v6.110) and the new MCP Connectors framework (v6.105), building or community-maintaining an Alfred workflow is now much more feasible. Our API supports task creation, project management, and more.
If you or someone in the community wants to build this, taskade.com/community is a great place to share it. Our developer docs are at developers.taskade.com. In the meantime, you can use quick capture via our mobile apps and browser extensions.

This can be accomplished with Taskade's API: developers.taskade.com

Narek Zograbian you mean Alfred developers can create a workflow to use Taskade with it or this is for Alfred users only? If the token is like a password then we need to know programming to be able to use this API with Alfred, right?
Narek Zograbian
albertkinng You'll need to know how to interact and develop with APIs. Some users simply upload the documentation to an Agent and then chat with it to navigate it.
However, this is something that Alfred developers can create using our API. I'm updating our roadmap for transparency purposes and to keep user expectations aligned with our product's direction.

Dear dishantpandya777 ,
We appreciate your continued patience and sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your request for API access in Taskade. We want to reassure you that this is a priority for us and remains actively on our development agenda.
We understand that for personal API use cases, a more straightforward solution might be more appropriate. With this in mind, we're exploring the possibility of introducing a simpler version that could bypass some of the more complex requirements, such as OAuth.
As we continue to work on this, we will make it a point to keep you updated with our progress. We are grateful for your understanding and are excited about the potential this feature holds for enhancing your experience with Taskade.
