This is my favorite checklist app and I have tried them all. I especially love the AI feature - I literally can get tasks done in a few minutes than a few hours. I’d love to get a higher monthly AI allowance, but can’t seem to find where in the app that allows for purchase of that. Otherwise, love that the app is simple, intuitive, and highly effective.

.. to concentrate PKM & BASB here, in Taskade. I’ve had great comms with John & Ryan already whilst purchasing a plan. The app itself is on the highway to brilliance. Yes, there’re a few creases to iron out, but these guys & their team look like they know what they are about. I think this app is going to be big. The value for money is excellent. People on the fringes asking for more free stuff need to realise how much work has had to go into this. People want everything for free these days, it’s so sad to see. Thanks for the hard work.

Taskade got me through college and was truly one of my favorite organizational websites. I always stayed on top of deadlines when using Taskade. I wasn't enthused with the introduction of AI for ethical and privacy reasons, but brushed it off and just chose not to use it. Now after graduating, I revisited Taskade today to hopefully use it again and found its marketing and functionality dominated by AI, and the premium plan taking over all of the features I needed and loved. Getting only one free workspace operating at limited functionality is disappointing to say the least. Truly a selfish and money-hungry development, and ultimately led to me deleting my account.

This tool is quite impressive, but it currently has some issues. For instance, the iOS application appears to be malfunctioning, with several buttons not responding as intended. When attempting to utilize the 7-day trial, I encountered a difficulty in selecting my workplace. I plan to wait a bit to see if they address the majority of these issues. Despite these challenges, I acknowledge the remarkable potential of their efforts and will closely monitor their progress. At this point, it seems that additional testing is needed to refine the tool further.

Hey-to community of one of the best (or maybe the best) Taskade service! I've thought about it, and after being disappointed in people, I realized the truth that the people I need are right here! It's you I need to finally take over the world (with kindness and knowledge), but under the terms of capitalism. Overall, I have many mini-companies, and I've had an excellent understanding of trends and technologies throughout my life. I have licenses from Google to Microsoft and, of course, Taskade! I think that's enough for now. My position, in short, is Chief Growth Officer. I will be very happy to meet people who at least half-work hard and understand what future awaits us if we don't unite. Are there any prizes for the highest number of submitted functionality ideas❓ 🙂

I'm a Trello user. Tried Taskade. The UI and everything were very good. But don't have some main features which I regularly use in Trello. Automation & trigger :- When we do a trigger, we can customize the action. Tasks as card view. Customized label for each task

Personal: I would like it a bit more personal too, as I would like it to be for personal use. I feel it's most useful for teams, with its great but it could be cool to have it more both ways. - Reminders: to me, it doesn't seem like you guys have a pop-up reminder on the time you sat a time too. It would be nice to have that. Another thing is if you are putting a daily reminder on a task. That task doesn't go away for me for today, instead, it does something weird by staying and going up in days. I find this confusion a lot, as it doesn't seem like I have checked it off in the first place. More control from phone: It would also be cool, if you could try and get more custom, with the mindmaps or background to the phone app. Or be somehow apple to control the paying from the phone too. More language: Not something need but something that would be cool and useful for some peple to have. (Alså for me sometimes This all i can what has bugged me so fare, english isn't my main language but i hope you still can read it!

I haven't had this much fun transitioning to a new platform than with Taskade. The fact that I can use this as a hub for both my business and personal productivity blows me away.
